Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers if using.
Grill or bake the paneer for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
