Vegetarian Dishes May 24, 2024 Ingredients 1 Packet Govinda’s Wildherb Sausages 4 hot dog buns 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup sweet relish 1/4 cup chopped pickles Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Cook the vegetarian hot dog sausages according to the package instructions (usually by boiling, grilling, or pan-frying). Toast the hot dog buns lightly on a grill or in the oven. Place a cooked hot dog sausage in each bun. Top with sautéed onions, mustard, ketchup, sweet relish, and chopped pickles.
